You will receive a confirmation e-mail of your order when it is submitted stating the total amount including shipping charges. You will receive a receipt of purchase with the goods when they are delivered. Any mistakes in billing or receipts will be corrected as soon as possible. |
Delivery Schedule * Despatch normally within 24 hours. * Delivery within 2 - 5 working days * Subject to stock availablility * All goods must be checked on receipt and any discrepancies must be reported within 7 days.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, VAT is added at the applicable rate. All other orders are VAT free. |
Security and Privacy Your orders are sent to us via a Secure Page on our web site and transferred to our Mail Order Department using encryption. This means that others cannot hack into your credit card details or obtain any other personal information from our order form.
The information that is collected is that which is given at the time of ordering.
Information that is collected is used in our order dispatch process, track order history and speed order placement in the event that a customer reorders from us.

Returns, Refunds In the event of a need to return your purchase, contact our customer service team on 08700 733455 for a returns ref. Please return it to us with the original packaging and labels subject to the following conditions.
Faulty goods In the event of your goods being faulty we will collect and replace within 30 days.Please ensure the faulty goods are ready for collection. If your faulty goods are not received by our factory within 14 days of the replacement being delivered, you will be invoiced for said goods.
Replacements/Refunds Within 30 days of the the date of the order we will replace and collect faulty goods. When refunds become applicable this may incur a restocking fee and non refundable carriage We recommend that you request a certificate of posting on despatching your goods. All refunds will be given as soon as possible, taking into account the original method of payment.
Please note that we do not accept the return of computer software, CD's, DVD's or videos.
In accordance with the new European Directive on distance selling you do have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt and return it to us unused. You will have to pay the return shipping.
Faulty Goods We will replace any goods within a reasonable time if the goods are proved to be faulty.
All complaints will be dealt with fairly, confidentially and speedily. We will keep you informed of what action we are taking.
Consumer Law We meet our obligations under the consumer protection laws currently in force including:
